Social Responsibility Policy
Purpose
At Neyo, we recognize the importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and are committed to operating in an economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable manner. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders at Neyo. It covers our approach to social responsibility in areas such as community engagement, employee welfare, environmental sustainability, ethical business practices, and adherence to legal standards.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance
We are committed to complying with all relevant UK laws and regulations related to corporate social responsibility, including but not limited to:
- The Companies Act 2006 (Section 172): Outlines the responsibilities of directors to consider the interests of stakeholders, employees, the environment, and the community.
- Modern Slavery Act 2015: Requires businesses to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within their operations or supply chains.
- Equality Act 2010: Prevents discrimination in the workplace and promotes equality and diversity.
- Environmental Protection Act 1990: Sets out the legal framework for controlling pollution and managing waste.
- Health and Safety at Work Act 1974: Ensures the health, safety, and welfare of employees and the public.
- Corporate Criminal Offence of Failure to Prevent Tax Evasion (introduced by the Criminal Finances Act 2017): Requires companies to prevent tax evasion.

- Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax laws and preventing tax evasion, as required by the Corporate Criminal Offence of Failure to Prevent Tax Evasion provisions of the Criminal Finances Act 2017.

Communication and Engagement
This policy will be communicated to all employees, contractors, and suppliers. We will also make this policy publicly available to clients and stakeholders via our website and other communication channels.

Implementation of Policy
This policy shall be deemed effective as of 10/09/2024. No part of this Policy shall have retroactive effect and shall thus apply only to matter occurring on or after this date.
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in Social Responsibility regulations and company objectives.
